At Kry Health Center Skarptorp, we offer a dynamic and inspiring work environment where collaboration and patient well-being are the focus. Today, we have about 9000 registered patients, but we are actively working to increase the number of registrations. We are a dedicated team of around 30 employees.

About the Role

We are looking for a specialist in general medicine!

In the role of general practitioner, you will have a central and important role in the organization. You will work both independently and in close collaboration with other professionals within the team to drive care quality and patient satisfaction. Your work includes outpatient work with both physical and digital visits, medical assessments, follow-ups, and guidance of colleagues, as well as the opportunity to participate in development projects within primary care and digital healthcare services. We value a proactive approach where you welcome innovation and improvement of care processes.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Licensed physician with specialist competence in general medicine.

• Good experience working within Swedish primary care.

• Excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Other language skills are an advantage.

• Experience working digitally and a positive attitude towards technical solutions in healthcare.

• Engaged and has good collaboration skills, both with colleagues and patients.

• Professional and inclusive approach towards all individuals.

• Proactive and contributes to a good work environment.
